Affordable Therapy Counseling
Rates and Insurance:
Affordable Therapy – Counseling/Psychotherapy Sessions
The following affordable therapy rates are for individuals without health insurance or those that elect not to utilize their insurance. The rate for each 50 minute counseling session is $190 for the initial visit and $170 for recurrent visits.
Affordable therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance program. It is your responsibility to check with your health insurance provider for more details.
Ask if your deductible applies for CPT codes 90791, 90837 or 90847 (if you are doing couples/group counseling). Insurance companies require a diagnosis for individuals utilizing insurance for mental health treatment.
All major medical insurance is accepted. For out-of-network services, we will email out official paid invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, at your request.
Payment
Cash, health savings account cards, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you must miss your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $60 no show/late cancel charge for missed appointments.
